Rethinking Delaware is a coalition of former state cabinet secretaries, elected officials, and nonprofit leaders from the transportation, housing, planning, health, and environmental sectors working together to champion thriving communities in Delaware.

We envision communities that are healthy, safe, and well-designed, with a balance of jobs, housing, services, amenities, and transportation choices, while protecting the natural, agricultural, historic, and scenic landscapes that sustain quality of life for future generations.
